1. Click the + next to “Labels” in Gmail.
2. Create labels for categories like Newsletters, Clients, or Invoices.

Step 2: Create a Filter

Quick Tip: Filters automatically sort emails into labels.

How-To:

1. Open Gmail and click the search bar sliders for advanced search.
2. Add criteria like sender’s email or keywords like “unsubscribe.”
3. Save the filter.

Step 3: Apply Filter Actions

How-To:

1. In the filter settings, choose:
   • “Skip Inbox” (archives it).
   • “Apply Label” (choose a relevant label).
